Your act of downloading, installing, or using ''Busio'' shall be deemed as your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the aforementioned terms.
• Please read carefully and fully understand all the terms, especially the disclaimers or liability limitations, and decide whether to accept them. Limitation of liability and disclaimer clauses will be highlighted in bold for your attention.
• ''Busio'' is provided by MetaLight HK Limited ("the Company", “we”, or “our”). To ensure a smooth user experience with the new system, we hereby clarify the app’s functional features, service rules, and promotional activities to protect users’ legitimate rights and interests. If you are under 18 years old, please read this agreement and other aforementioned agreements under the supervision of a legal guardian.
• The Company reserves the right to update this agreement at any time. The revised terms shall automatically replace the original agreement upon publication without further notice. Users may review the latest version of the agreement within the app. If you do not accept the modified terms, you must immediately discontinue using the services provided by the Company. Continued use of the services will be deemed as acceptance of the revised agreement.

1. User Installation and Service Usage

1.1 User ID

Please note that using Busio does not require account creation or login.

A "User" refers to any individual who registers, logs in, or utilizes the Services. To provide you with the necessary services, when you install the application (or when the application is installed/pre-installed) on your mobile device, Busio will establish an account associated with that device and generate a User ID for you. This is a unique identifier created in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

1.2 Protection of Users' Personal Privacy Information

Users understand and agree that our company has always placed great importance on information security and spared no effort in protecting privacy information. We promise to protect users' privacy information within the scope of compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Users understand and accept that our company has adopted appropriate technical measures and management methods to protect the security of users' privacy information, and to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, loss or tampering of such information. However, due to technical limitations and potential malicious means, our company cannot guarantee absolute information security. That is, users' privacy information may still be accessed, disclosed, misused, lost or tampered with due to force majeure or other reasons not attributable to our company.

In this regard, provided that our company has taken necessary measures to prevent the occurrence of the above circumstances, and has taken necessary measures to prevent further expansion after such circumstances occur, our company shall not be liable to users.

The Company will not voluntarily disclose, transfer or provide to third parties any of the following information without your explicit consent, unless such disclosure is necessary for service provision (e.g., specific features may require sharing your location information) or required by applicable laws, regulations or judicial authorities.

• When you use "Busio" network services or visit "Busio" platform web pages, "Busio" automatically receives and records information from your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software/hardware characteristics, and requested webpage records.
• User personal data obtained by "Busio" through legitimate channels from business partners;
• Your location information.
• You understand and agree that the following information is not covered by this Privacy Policy:
• Keyword information you input when using the search services provided by "Busio" platform;
• Information data collected by "Busio" that you published on "Busio", including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information, and evaluation details;
• To improve service quality and meet personalized user needs, our company will use the obtained information for necessary data analysis, and based on this, provide better services or customized services.

Our company may use your personal information to provide you with content of interest, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with "Busio" partners to enable them to send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).

You acknowledge and agree that you shall enhance information security awareness, properly safeguard passwords, and immediately contact Busio customer service at kf@metalight.ai upon discovering any leakage to mitigate damages. The Company shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from information disclosure, including but not limited to leakage, unauthorized access, use or transfer of your private information caused by: (i) your own actions (e.g., downloading virus-infected software or voluntary password disclosure); (ii) hacking attacks (e.g., virus implantation); or (iii) force majeure events - all such risks and liabilities shall be solely borne by you.

Maintaining software security and proper operation is our shared responsibility. While we will implement necessary technical measures in accordance with legal and industry standards to reasonably and prudently protect the information and data security of your mobile devices, you expressly acknowledge and agree that we cannot provide any warranties in this regard.

1.3 Software Installation and Use

The Company grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install, use, display, run, and update ''Busio'' on a single device for non-commercial purposes. You may obtain ''Busio'' directly from authorized third parties.

If you acquire ''Busio'' or an installation program under the same name from an unauthorized third party, the Company cannot guarantee proper functionality and disclaims all liability for any resulting losses.

The Company develops device-specific versions of ''Busio''. You are responsible for selecting and installing the correct version. The Company shall not be liable for risks or damages caused by installing an incompatible version.

You fully understand and agree to use this software in a lawful manner and shall not engage in any activities through this software that violate laws, regulations, policies, public order and good customs, or social ethics. The Company reserves the right to impose penalties (including but not limited to account suspension, termination, and comment deletion) at its reasonable discretion for any violations of relevant regulations or this Agreement, take appropriate legal actions against any non-compliant users, and retain relevant information in accordance with legal requirements for reporting to authorities. You shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom.

1.4 Third-Party Software or Technology

''Busio'' may use third-party software or technology (for example, map module data may come from mapping software), and such use has been legally authorized.

If ''Busio'' uses third-party software or technology, any relevant end-user agreement of such third-party software shall have equal legal effect as this Agreement. In case of any conflict, this Agreement shall prevail. You shall comply with these requirements. If you fail to comply, the third party or government authorities may file lawsuits, impose fines or take other sanctions against you, and may require our company to provide assistance. You shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom.

For any disputes caused by third-party software or technology used in ''Busio'', the relevant third party shall be responsible for resolution, and our company shall not bear any liability. Our company does not provide customer support for third-party software or technology. If you need support, please contact the third party directly.

1.5 User Content Guidelines

The term "Content" as mentioned in this section refers to any material disseminated or uploaded by users while using our company's products, including but not limited to: text, voice, images, videos, graphic messages (sent, replied or auto-replied), related linked pages, and any other content generated through account usage or service engagement.

Users shall not use their "Busio" account to publish or disseminate any content prohibited by laws, regulations, or policies, including but not limited to:

• Opposes the fundamental principles established by the Constitution;
• Endangers national security, leaks state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity;
• Damages national honor and interests;
• Incites ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermines national solidarity;
• Violates state religious policies or promotes cults and feudal superstitions;
• Spreads rumors that disrupt social order or undermine social stability;
• Disseminates obscene, pornographic, gambling-related, violent, murderous, terroristic content or instigates criminal activity;
• Insults or defames others, infringing upon their lawful rights and interests;
• Contains other information prohibited by laws and administrative regulations;
• Violates the lawful rights and interests of other individuals or enterprises, including unauthorized reproduction or use of copyrighted images, texts, etc.

Users are expressly prohibited from utilizing "Busio" accounts or services to distribute any content that disrupts the normal operation of "Busio" and its services, or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.

• Content containing sexual or suggestive material;
• Content including abusive, intimidating, or threatening language;
• Content comprising harassment, spam advertisements, malicious information, or fraudulent inducements;
• Content involving others' private data, personal information, or confidential materials;
• Content infringing upon others' lawful rights such as reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property, or trade secrets;
• Any other information disrupting normal service operations or infringing upon other users'/third parties' legitimate rights and interests.

1.6 Intellectual Property Policy

Our mobile client is a software that provides real-time public transportation information and serves as an information network storage space for user-uploaded content (including users from other platforms developed and operated by our company) based on user instructions. Our company values the protection of copyright and other intellectual property rights. To safeguard the legitimate rights of relevant rights holders in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, we have established the following intellectual property policy:

• Should any entity or individual believe that content on "Busio", its services, or any services provided by our company or its affiliates potentially infringes upon their intellectual property rights or information network dissemination rights, they must promptly submit a written notice of complaint to our company. Upon receiving third-party complaints regarding user-uploaded content, we reserve the right to immediately remove relevant links or delete allegedly infringing content without prior notice to users.
• Users warrant that all content uploaded while using "Busio" applications and services - including but not limited to images, text, audio, video, and links - either constitutes their original creation or has obtained prior authorization from rights holders, and will not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Users understand and agree that for all content uploaded through "Busio" services, they grant our company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license. This license includes, without limitation, the right to reproduce and distribute such content through our company's websites and client applications. Our company further retains the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to sublicense these permissions to relevant third parties.

The Company reserves the right to implement necessary technical measures to prohibit users from engaging in the following infringing activities:

• Removal of copyright information from "Busio" or its copies;
• Reverse engineering, disassembling, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of "Busio";
• Modifying or falsifying software instructions or data to alter, add, remove, or change the functionality or performance of the software, and subsequently operating or distributing such modified software to the public, regardless of commercial intent;
• Utilizing plugins, add-ons, or unauthorized third-party tools/services to access "Busio" and related systems;
• Any other actions not expressly authorized by the Company.

1.7 Usage Rules

Any content transmitted or published by users through this product/service does not reflect or represent, nor shall be deemed to reflect or represent, the views, positions or policies of our company. Our company assumes no responsibility for such content.

Users undertake not to use "Busio" accounts or services to conduct the following activities that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties:

• Submitting or publishing false information, or impersonating others by stealing avatars or personal data;
• Forcing or inducing other users to follow accounts, click links or share information;
• Misleading or deceiving others by fabricating facts or concealing the truth;
• Engaging in any illegal or criminal activities through "Busio" accounts or services;
• Developing, publishing, operating or disseminating methods or tools related to the above behaviors, regardless of commercial purposes.

Users undertake not to use "Busio" accounts, services, or any technical/commercial means to interfere with the normal operations of "Busio" or our company, including but not limited to:

• Creating fake accounts in bulk through technical means;
• Providing services identical or similar to "Busio";
• Any other actions not expressly authorized by "Busio" or our company.

Users undertake not to use "Busio" accounts, services, or any technical/commercial means to infringe upon the rights and interests of "Busio" or our company, including but not limited to:

• Removing copyright information from "Busio" software or its copies;
• Using, modifying, or obscuring the "Busio" name or trademarks;
• Utilizing, leasing, lending, copying, modifying, linking, reposting, publishing, mirroring, or creating snapshots of any "Busio" intellectual property content;
• Reverse compiling "Busio" software or attempting to discover its source code through other means;
• Scanning, probing, or testing "Busio" software to identify potential bugs or vulnerabilities;
• Accessing "Busio" services through unauthorized third-party software, plugins, scripts, or systems not developed or authorized by our company, or developing/distributing such unauthorized tools;
• Modifying or hijacking "Busio" operational commands/data, altering software functionality/performance, or operating/distributing tools/methods designed for such purposes (regardless of commercial intent);
• Separating and using any component of "Busio" independently;
• Engaging in any other activities that may infringe upon "Busio" or our company's interests.

The user understands and agrees that the provisions regarding user commitments outlined herein are illustrative in nature, and the specific terms are not intended to be exhaustive of all possible circumstances. The Company reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a particular action constitutes a violation of the relevant commitments.In the event of a breach of these commitments by the user, the Company reserves the right to take one or more of the following measures, without limitation, to hold the user accountable:

• Suspend or terminate the account in violation;
• Demand compensation from the user for all losses incurred by the Company as a result.

The user shall be solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy, and validity of any information transmitted through their "Busio" account or this service. Any legal liability related to the content disseminated by the user shall be borne by the user independently, and the Company shall not be held liable. If any damage is caused to the Company or a third party as a result, the user shall compensate accordingly in accordance with the law.

The user understands and agrees that the Company reserves the right to take appropriate action, at its reasonable discretion, against any user who violates applicable laws, regulations, or this Agreement. This may include legal measures, retaining relevant information as required by law, and reporting to the relevant authorities. The user shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom.

The user understands and agrees that if their breach of this Agreement results in any third-party claims, demands, or losses (including reasonable attorney fees), the user shall indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its partners, and affiliated companies from such damages.

The user understands and agrees that if the Company discovers or receives reports or complaints alleging a violation of this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to review and delete relevant content (including but not limited to user data and post records) without prior notice. Depending on the severity of the violation, penalties may include, but are not limited to, warnings, account suspension, device blocking, or feature restrictions. The user will be notified of the outcome.

The user understands and agrees that if their account is suspended due to a violation of this Agreement, they may contact the Company to appeal. Users subject to feature restrictions will automatically regain access upon the expiration of the restriction period. Suspended users may submit an appeal, and the Company will review the case and, at its sole discretion, determine whether to modify the penalty.

The User understands and agrees that they shall not engage in any malicious activities including but not limited to domain hijacking, forced redirects, traffic manipulation, or fraudulent behaviors ("Malicious Acts") in relation to any links, campaigns, promotional content or other elements of the Company's services. Should the User violate this provision, the Company reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions at its sole discretion to hold the User liable for breach of contract:

• Suspend or terminate the violating account;
• Demand full compensation from the User for all losses incurred by Jifen Culture as a result of such Malicious Acts.

Busio is a real-time bus information application developed and operated by our Company. If the User employs any means to crack Busio, modify its data files, or exploit system vulnerabilities for personal gain or to disrupt normal operations of Busio, such actions shall be deemed as infringement of the Company's legitimate rights and interests. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to the User through technical measures, and may prohibit the User from accessing all or any part of the Company's services now or in the future. In cases involving substantial economic losses or particularly severe circumstances, the Company shall have the right to pursue legal remedies against the violating User.

1.8 User Data Collection 

To provide enhanced services and continuously improve user experience, the Company will collect user data. The User acknowledges and agrees that the Company may collect and use the following information:

• 1.8.1 Data Collection
  • Mobile Devices: When accessing Busio via a mobile device, the Company collects information about the User’s location and device. This data enables location-based services such as real-time bus tracking, advertisements, search results, and other related features.
• 1.8.2 Data Usage
  • The Company will only use User data for the purposes specified in this Agreement:
    • No Third-Party Sharing: Except as necessary to fulfill this Agreement’s purposes, the Company will not sell, lease, lend, or freely provide User’s personal information to any third party.
    • Prohibition of Unauthorized Data Handling: The Company prohibits any third party (including Users) from collecting, editing, selling, or freely disseminating User data. If such activity is detected, the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the User Agreement and suspend the account of the offending party.
    • Service Optimization & Partner Collaboration: To fulfill this Agreement’s objectives, the Company may use User data to:Deliver services (e.g., sending product/service updates).
      • Share limited information (account name, phone number, email, birth date, etc. ) with trusted partners to facilitate relevant communications about their products/services.

1.9 Miscellaneous

The Company hereby expressly reminds Users to pay special attention to the provisions in this Agreement that exempt the Company from liabilities and restrict Users' rights. Users should carefully review these terms and independently assess potential risks. Minors must review this Agreement under the supervision of their legal guardians.

If a User's breach of this Agreement results in liabilities to the Company (including liabilities to any third party), the Company shall have the right to seek full compensation from the User after fulfilling such liabilities. All reasonable expenses arising therefrom, including but not limited to attorney fees, notarization fees, appraisal fees, travel expenses, and litigation costs, shall be borne by the User.

• 1.9.1 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
  • The validity, interpretation, and resolution of disputes under this Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws.
  • Any disputes or controversies between the User and the Company shall first be resolved through amicable negotiations.
  • If no settlement can be reached through negotiations, the User agrees to submit the dispute to the competent People's Court at the location of the Company's registered office for final resolution.
• 1.9.2 Severability
  • Should any provision of this Agreement be deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding on both parties.

1.10 Disclaimer

Welcome to the Busio mobile application ("Busio"). Busio is developed and published by our Company. By using Busio, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, fully understood, and agreed to comply with this Disclaimer.

Busio is a software platform that provides real-time public transit information and enables users to upload and disseminate content through information network storage space, based on user instructions (including users of other platforms developed and published by our Company). Busio shall not be held liable for any infringement of legal rights and interests (including but not limited to reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, etc.) or any resulting losses caused by users' utilization of Busio, nor shall it bear any legal responsibility.

Busio assumes no responsibility for any news, games, novels, information, products, or services obtained through links within Busio, and shall not be held legally accountable for such content.

All content within Busio does not represent the opinions or views of Busio.

3. Additional Disclaimer Provisions

You fully understand and agree that the bus routes, real-time transit data, and other information provided through "Busio" are processed results obtained through technical means. While we strive to ensure the legality, accuracy, and timeliness of such data, due to limitations in source data, existing technologies, and other unforeseeable factors, the information published by "Busio" may contain certain margins of error. You must independently evaluate and bear all risks associated with your use of "Busio" services and any query results obtained therefrom. Our Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from such risks.

You fully understand and agree that service interruptions or delays in "Busio" may occur due to: (i) maintenance of network equipment; (ii) network connection failures; (iii) malfunctions in smart devices, communication systems, or other technical systems; (iv) power failures; (v) labor disputes, strikes, riots, insurrections, or civil unrest; (vi) natural disasters including fires, floods, storms, or explosions; (vii) wars or government actions; (viii) judicial or administrative orders; (ix) force majeure events; or (x) third-party omissions. Our Company shall bear no liability for compensation in such circumstances.

You fully understand and agree that any direct or indirect losses (including but not limited to compromised bank accounts or unauthorized fund transfers) resulting from: (i) your own actions (e.g., downloading virus-infected software); (ii) cyberattacks (e.g., malware implantation); or (iii) force majeure events shall be solely borne by you, and our Company disclaims all responsibility in this regard.

Our Company reserves the right to modify these terms when necessary. The most current version of these terms will be available for your review. Your continued use of "Busio" following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must immediately cease using "Busio."

The headings used throughout this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not be used to interpret the substantive meaning of any provision herein.

4. Notifications and Amendments

Busio reserves the right to modify these Terms at its sole discretion from time to time without prior notice, including the Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy).

Material changes to these Terms will be announced on the Service prior to implementation and will become effective upon publication. Your continued use of the Service after the last updated date constitutes acceptance of and agreement to be bound by such modifications. Please note that if amendments are required to comply with legal requirements, such modifications may take effect immediately without prior notice.
